Providing childcare is actually quite simple – it’s about a Centre that chooses the right attitude to create and develop environments within their rooms and play areas, and about understanding what children and parents want to experience at their Centre.
Here at Thurgoona Early Learning our focus will be on fostering strong communication and relationships with our parents, as we believe it is the key to a successful childcare business. Because we are privately owned, we will also be committed to engaging with our community and changing the lives of the staff and children we are responsible for.
We know the first five years of a child’s life are crucial to their development so we will be passionate about giving them the best start in life, while they have a whole lot of fun! You’re already raising amazing kids, so trust us with these next steps to prepare them for school and the future!

Tanya has over 19 year’s childcare experience and will be relocating from her position as Centre Director at Wilcox Street Early Education Centre in Albury to join us. Tanya is committed to building strong, long lasting relationships with families, and believes their contributions help build a wonderfully welcoming and friendly service.
She believes that her role at Thurgoona Early Learning will be to support not only the children, but their family unit as a whole. She will support and encourage her educators to, above all else, enjoy their time with the children while providing the highest standard of early childhood education and care possible.
