    DIRECTOR

    Brooke brings over five years of valuable experience in early childhood education to Thurgoona Early Learning. She is passionate about supporting every child to reach their full potential by creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment. Her warm and caring approach helps children feel secure as they learn and grow, while her focus on building strong, trusting relationships ensures families feel confident and connected to their child’s learning journey.

    In addition to her work with children, Brooke is committed to empowering and mentoring the team of educators at Thurgoona Early Learning. She places great importance on ongoing professional development and encourages continuous growth in skills and knowledge.

    ASSISTANT DIRECTOR

    With nine years of experience in early childhood education, Jess is passionate about creating a fun, engaging, and inclusive environment where children can learn and thrive through play-based experiences.

    She values strong, respectful partnerships with families, believing that collaboration is key to supporting each child’s unique needs and development.

    At Thurgoona Early Learning, Jess is dedicated to building a warm and welcoming community where children, families, and educators feel connected and supported. She believes that an inclusive, positive environment is the foundation for meaningful learning and lifelong success.

    RANGER

    Emily joined Thurgoona Early Learning after relocating from Queensland, bringing four years of experience in early childhood education.

    With a background in working with farm animals, she combines her love of nature with her teaching, inspiring children to develop empathy, responsibility, and a respect for the natural world.

    Emily’s engaging approach helps children learn and grow while building a lifelong appreciation for animals and the environment.
